Pick-Up Hockey Play without the commitment of a league in a pick-up game for men and women. Pick-Up hockey is for players 16 and over. Full equipment is required.

Stick 'N' Puck sessions consist of open ice for players of every age and skill level. Helmets are required. Theses sessions are for individual practice only. Not for pick up hockey. Make sure your skates are kept in good shape so you can glide and move to the best of your ability. SIHA is a nationally recognized instructional program for players 6 - 17 yrs., and will be available to the Hillsborough hockey community, June 16 - 20/08.
