what is included with my membership

• Full use of the weight facility, cardio corner, 3 heated indoor pools and NHL size ice rink (ice rink only if Gold member)
• Free one hour instructional orientation to the weight facility and cardio corner from a certified personal trainer
• Unlimited access to all water and land aerobic classes
• Free use of the adult staffed nursery
• Full use of showers and lockers
• Complimentary work out towel

*Members get to enjoy workout incentive programs throughout the year that will give you the chance to win: a free month, dinner for two at local restaurants and much more!  Also, we have two Member Appreciation weeks that include: breakfast & dinner made by the management staff and lots of prizes, giveaways and special offers that go on all during these special two weeks.
